Other financial details

• If therapy benefits are exhausted and insurance will no longer reimburse for services, we can still see you at a private pay rate. Rates vary depending on type of treatment and session length. Average is between $150-$200

• We have a travel fee of $50/session for home visit locations that are over 15 miles from treating therapist address

• While many of our services are covered by insurance, some beneficial treatments are not reimbursed. These optional self-pay services may help accelerate healing, reduce symptoms, and support long-term recovery. They include (but are not limited to) low-level laser therapy, ultrasound cavitation, and maintenance manual lymphatic drainage or massage.
